CISCO NURSING AND REHABILITATION IS PROTECTING HEALTH AND SAFETY OF RESIDENTS

Due to the spread of the Coronavirus in the US and Texas, Cisco Nursing And Rehabilitation is working with the national, state, and local authorities to ensure we are instituting the recommended actions to control the spread of this virus. Our goal is the protect the health and safety of our residents with minimal disruption to our normal operations. In response to the directives from the CDC, CMS, HHSC, and other agencies, we have instituted the following measures:

  • Visitors will be restricted to necessary medical personnel only unless permission is given by the Administrator.
  • Restricting the access to the facility via the front door for all staff and visitors.
  • Limiting all non-necessary medical appointments and activities outside of the facility.
  • All people entering the facility will be required to sign-in and wash their hands or use alcohol-based hand rub before entering any resident areas.

Preventing exposure and proper hygiene are the best way to protect the residents and staff. We appreciate your cooperation during this time.
